Susan Heaton-Wright is a multi-award winning impact, communications and speaking expert for emerging leaders and the creator of the Superstar Communicator™ methodology. She is an international speaker; the MD of award-winning music company, Viva Live Music, podcaster and a former prize winning international opera singer. She empowers talented individuals and teams to speak and communicate in all business conversations: from meetings, pitching, presenting and public speaking, with confidence, clarity, credibility and impact. She is passionate to support everyone to present the best version of themselves.

Susan has delivered speeches, masterclasses, seminars, workshops, virtual workshops and facilitates training for many multi-nationals including Astra Zeneca, Hewlett Packard Enterprises, Pfizer, Syneos, Shell, Microsoft, AXA, Deloitte, Invesco, the NHS and J & J. Her audiences have been from more than 130 countries and on six continents. She awaits an invitation to deliver work in Antarctica!  

She has spoken at events for Durham University, the LSE and Pennsylvania University; for businesses such as IHS, RBS, Accenture and GSK; conferences and business associations such as CIPD, CII, CIPS, ACCA, CQI,  ICAEW and CMI. Susan is honoured to be a fellow of the Professional Speaking Association.

Susan has contributed to articles in Forbes, The Guardian, Huffington Post, Thrive Global, The Scotsman and trade publications.
