Gender equality is at a standstill. According to the UN, we were already 300 years behind in 2023. Now, progress has completely stalled. We no longer need superficial approaches. We need radical transformation.

That is why I have created the keynote: "Deconstructing Empowerment, Reclaiming Power: A Systemic Shift"

Let's dismantle together the toxic idea that empowerment is a "gift" or a "fix-it course" for women and marginalized people. Instead, let's work to collectively reclaim power by dismantling the systems that hold us back.
