Solape is bridging the economic gender gap in Africa. She is the CEO and Co-founder at HerVest, an inclusive fintech pioneering inclusive finance for financially underserved and excluded African women.

With a thriving community of over 30,000 members, HerVest is on a mission to improve women’s lives through greater access to and use of financial services.

Solape also doubles as the Chapter Director for Women in Tech®️ Nigeria, an international organization with a double mission: to close the gender gap and to help women embrace technology as well as Chairman, Technology, Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce.
She utilises financial literacy, technology and capacity building to drive gender and youth empowerment.

Her first published book, Stripped: An African Woman’s Guide to Building Generational Wealth, is an evidence-based body of work with practical and actionable steps for African Women towards bridging the economic gender gap and building transgenerational wealth across the globe.

She continues to lead active conversations across gender equality leveraging, technology, financial literacy and capital across Africa.
