Leisa Sadler is privileged to have the opportunity to bring her corporate experience to her role as CEO of DFSS.

She is an executive leader with broad strengths financial management, business strategy, people development, and operational transformation.

Leisa is able to reflect on the IWD theme, gender equality and the gender gap at work, gender poverty, and how the work at Dress for Success Sydney helps address many of these challenges - helping women grow in confidence, providing tools to get into the job market and styling for that all important job interview.

At Dress for Success Sydney, gender equity in Australia isn't just a talking point - it is at the very heart of their mission and vision.

Leisa enjoys balancing her creative outlook and commercial acumen, while maintaining effective people relations her collaborative approach.  Her previous experience was with Australian and International media corporations, including Foxtel, The Walt Disney Company and the Viacom group.

Leisa is also currently a Non-Executive Director and Treasurer for the visual arts organisation ArtSpace.    

Leisa is MBA qualified, Macquarie Graduate School of Management; she is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA); a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAIDC).
