Kylie is an entrepreneur, coach and experienced human services executive with over 14 years’ of experience working with women from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds on their journey to independence, success & employment.
Kylie is passionate about building strategies with organisations to foster workplace diversity, equity, accessibility, inclusion and psychological safety.
Kylie has spent over 14 years in Executive roles within non-profit and for-purpose organisations working with women from refugee backgrounds, women with disability, women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and young women navigating their post-school pathways.
She has coached & consulted widely to companies and women across various industries in Australia, the U.S and UK, designing mindset, pre-employment and coaching programs to support women's empowerment, independence and inclusion. Kylie is passionate about social justice, business sustainability and social impact.
Kylie is a regular panellist and keynote speaker on mindset and confidence and workplace diversity, equity and inclusion and has had several of her papers published by organisations including: the Federation of Ethnic Communities’ Councils of Australia (FECCA).
Kylie was a 2019 Telstra Business Women’s Awards State Finalist in the For Purpose & Social Enterprise category for her work supporting the employment and inclusion of people with disability.
Kylie is a Harvard Business School graduate, an accredited strategic psychotherapist, emotional intelligence coach, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner and Founding Member of International Strategic Psychotherapists Association. Kylie also has Master’s qualifications in Human Resources and leadership.
Kylie understands the challenges experienced by women in business, women seeking employment or wanting to start their own business and has designed her coaching programs to meet the unique needs of women.
Kylie understands the importance of being commercially minded, but socially conscious. She knows from her experience as an Executive and consultant that companies and Non-Profits struggle to balance profit, purpose and business sustainability. Kylie has extensive experience aligning strategy and structure with vision, values and purpose.
Kylie and her team deliver Interim Executive Support Services delivering strategy development, change management, leadership & staff development, process & operations management, organisational design & workforce development.
Kylie adopts a strengths- based, client-centric approach to her work and partnerships. She achieves results and impact through capacity building and elevating business practices.
Kylie and her team work with leaders across the public, private and Non-Profit worlds to maximise social impact, achieve business sustainability and balance “doing good and doing well”.
