Shaina Zafar, 23, is the Co-founder/Chief Marketing Officer at JUV Consulting. She is an American-Muslim obsessed with solving problems with human-centered design, powered by Gen Z to build creative solutions.

At JUV, she oversees community building, partnership development, and thought leadership. She is a first-generation, low-income college graduate who attended the University of Pennsylvania. For her thesis, she studied the impact of ESG regulation on forced Uyghur labor practices.

On campus, she was a part of the Pan Asian American Community House Board of Advisors and Turner Society for Social Impact. Off campus, she served as the United State of Women Ambassador for Pennsylvania, advocating for AAPI and Muslim issues.
