Sarah Morse

Cultivating a culture of courage in a hybrid environment

In workplaces struggling to find their new normal since COVID, Sarah is arguably one of the most inspiring speakers you will hear this year.

A former NSW Young Australian of the Year, Sarah is a dynamic speaker and captivating storyteller who brings an injection of energy to the stage, Sarah is sure to get the audience on their feet and connecting in new ways.

Sarah’s twenty years as a nurse and humanitarian have taken her around the globe, giving her a uniquely human perspective to the way we think, work and behave. She has seen the power of human connection to literally save lives. By cultivating a culture of COURAGE, we all have the power to make an impact.

Her approach to courageous leadership revives the workplace and empowers your team to thrive, while giving easily applicable tools for them to use to create culture change. She delivers a powerful message that is relevant for every person grappling with the changing workplace, and her message is relevant to anywhere there are teams.

As a nurse, Sarah specialised in cancer services and palliative care, and as a humanitarian, she has worked with some of the world’s poorest people. Most recently, she worked as a health advisor for survivors of human trafficking in Spain.

Now a passionate advocate for eradicating modern slavery, Sarah is the Founder and Director of Unchained Solutions, a social enterprise inspiring Australians to make an impact on modern slavery. Ten per cent of all her speaking fees go to anti-slavery projects. She leads a purely virtual team, and has gained insights from this leadership to share with a corporate audience.

Her work has landed her awards such as the Women’s Economic Forum Woman of Excellence, and the Ausmumpreneur Women Will Change the World Award.

Sarah tackles tough topics like burnout, moral injury and reverse culture shock with humour and sparkle. She will leave your audience feeling inspired, motivated, and empowered.
Think of it like CPR for your team – helping them revive, survive and thrive.
