Diana Wilde

DEI strategist helping accelerate gender balance in boardrooms & leadership roles

Diana Wilde co-founded Aurora50 and designed Pathway20, the region’s first accelerator to increase boardroom gender balance. Founded in 2020, the accelerator is proud that 84% of women participating have achieved non-executive directorships, including three seats of UAE-listed companies.

Diana trains on the importance of social capital, building authentic relationships and creating inclusive environments. She often incorporates design thinking principles into her workshops for executive teams and leaders from some of the most influential organisations across the GCC.

Diana also speaks for a wide range of conferences workshops, and private corporate events. She regularly participates in panel discussions with CEOs, Chairs and industry leaders.

Diana has a passion for supporting companies in addressing their gender balance challenges. With a background working with military personnel, finance professionals, founders and corporate leaders, Diana enjoys supporting men to become better allies and helping women to tackle limiting beliefs.

Prior to Aurora50, Diana worked as a business development consultant. In 2019 she was headhunted to develop the UAE arm of a US-listed Fortune 500 company and establish structured trade finance deals: within a year, she built a $1billion portfolio.

Diana is a business and finance graduate from the University of Westminster. She is certified from IDEO in Advanced Design Thinking and Brain-based Coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute. She is also a committee member for the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) Middle East. She has lived in the UAE since 2005.

Clients choose to work with Diana when they need a trusted professional to help accelerate gender balance in boardrooms and leadership roles.
