Sandra Golding is the Chief Executive Officer of Feed the Minds, an international development organisation based in the UK, which runs practical education projects with an emphasis on adult literacy. She has worked in this sector for over 15 years as a Business Consultant and Director.
She has extensive experience working with INGOs in the UK and the USA, having worked in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean on women’s economic empowerment, resource mobilisation, communications, and marketing.
She has worked with several INGOs such as International HIV and Aids Alliance, ADRA International, Care International UK and Save the Children UK among others.
Sandra is passionate about the work that Feed the Minds undertakes to support people, especially women and people with disabilities who often missed out on school or training opportunities due to extreme poverty, conflict and/or discrimination.
Sandra has designed and delivered a number of training programmes for NGOs, youth, and women on practical issues that affect women and businesses, communications, and personal development.
Sandra has authored several publications on social enterprises and women’s empowerment and has been featured in national and international media including Charity Today the UK’s leading charity news publication and Nepal Live Today, an online news portal of Nepal.
She has been a guest speaker on UCB Radio, and Premier Radio and a presenter on Life Radio UK.
