Maria Enna-Cocciolone is the CEO & Founder of INSKIN COSMEDICS, an Australian owned Medical Aesthetic Distribution Centre founded in Maria’s family garage with a vision to return the heart and soul to the beauty industry.

In 2007, with the support of her family, Maria put their livelihood on the line when she made the decision to start her own business. Already an integral member of the Beauty Industry, having worked first as an Aesthetician and later in Sales and Management, Maria wore the many hats of a small business owner on her own for the better part of the first year. Administration and invoicing in the morning, sales, education and marketing through the day and pick and pack in the evening the winning recipe for her early success.

As her business grew so too did Maria’s commitment to bringing the Industry unmitigated passion and transparency, the foundations on which her business was created. Maria positioned INSKIN COSMEDICS first and foremost on what today is known as her 8 Core Values:

INSKIN COSMEDICS has since outgrown the garage – three times! Having earned the reputation as trusted industry innovators, INSKIN COSMEDICS remains at the forefront of the evolution of the Australian beauty industry providing cutting edge skin solutions that transform the skin from the inside out. In 2009, Maria’s 30+ years’ experience was bottled in her first range, Australia’s number one Cosmedical and professional skin care brand O COSMEDICS and again in 2016 in GINGER&ME, range number two, where she is Creator and Co-Creator respectively.

In all her accomplishments as Creator, Director, Educator, Marketer, Distributor, Manufacturer and Business Owner (to list only a few) Maria’s greatest achievement, in her own words, is her team.
