Viji Hari is a specialist in Diversity and Inclusion, Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at the workplace.  She is also a serial entrepreneur, Founder of CecureUs (www.Cecureus.com), and an Author

With more than 23 years of industry experience, she has worked with 500+ MNC’s in India and globally.

With her extensive research and industry study, she speaks with factual data on preventing Sexual Harassment, Diversity and Inclusion, Gender Sensitisation and conducts Aspirational Workshop for Women leaders.

She has addressed various HR forums and has spoken on NHRD, EWIT, CII, IEEE, Rotary Club forums, People Matters, Big FM Radio talk shows and has moderated discussion panels.

She has spoken in various colleges such as to create awareness on sexual harassment and to stress the need for women to grow to leadership positions.

Viji Hari is also an active member of the Professional Speakers Association of India.

She is also the recipient of the “ILDC Women’s Excellence Award” in 2020 and the recipient of “Women of Excellence” award, 2022 from IAF.

She is the author of best-selling books, Behind Closed Cubicles and Break the taboo.
