Aarti is a driving force in AI-Led Growth and business innovation. CEO of Shreem Growth Partners, an AI strategy consulting firm, she is an executive leader with over 20 years’ experience in technology. Aarti is known for scaling organisations globally and driving strategic growth.
Aarti has conceived and launched category defining AI products, including predictive text input, face biometric verification, and AR surgical simulations, humanising technology to solve real problems. Safe, inclusive and ethical application of AI is a reality that Aarti has been a part of shaping: not just an abstract concept.

She has delivered commercial successes in governments, financial services, healthcare, and large complex enterprises.

Aarti has been named as the “Woman to watch” for NED roles. As an "only" around executive tables and in board rooms for much of her career, Aarti understands the psychological and emotional impact of this. Through her talks, she strives to give practical tools that can be implemented to create more inclusive environment. Aarti is a survivor of stage 4 ovarian cancer. She regularly participates in awareness campaigns in a bid to save more lives.
An alumna of Durham University, Aarti holds an honours degree in Mathematics.
