Missy has been a leading force in mentoring, inclusion, culture change, and specifically in advancing women and creating gender equity for over 20 years, highlighted by her involvement with MSPBJ BizWomen Leadership Council, Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation (WBL), Chief Executive Women’s Network, and throughout her roles at prominent organizations including: Accenture, Best Buy, Cargill, and now Menttium.

Stemming from her passion to drive positive change within Talent Management, and HR Transformation - Missy founded the Working Mothers’ Network (WMN) at Cargill, a network dedicated to building confidence among working mothers to navigate their careers and motherhood. Through her leadership with the WMN, new parental leave policies were adopted at Cargill.

At Menttium, Missy designed and launched the Women Mentoring Men Program: Standing Together for Change, engaging men as advocates in gender equity, for which she was featured on WCCO News in March 2020.

Missy is actively involved in speaking engagements, panel discussions, podcast guest appearances, news appearances, and workshop facilitations focused on the topics of Mentoring, Workplace Inclusion, People Development, Women’s Advancement, and beyond.
