Professor Laura Serrant OBE is a global, multi-award-winning Leadership development and Inclusive practice specialist, TEDx speaker, and experienced coach.

Her seminal poem ‘You Called...And We Came’ commemorates the anniversary of the Empire Windrush landing and the NHS. The poem stands as the inscription on the National Windrush Monument in Waterloo Station, London.

Laura works with Professional Women and organisations to help them meet their personal aspirations, improve their business impact, client experiences and deliver their best of themselves. Her specialist consultancy focusses on Leading diverse teams (Leadership for inclusion) and supporting diverse/minoritized leaders (Leadership through Inclusion).

In 2018 she was awarded an OBE for services to Nursing and Health Policy.

She has a successful podcast series “Speaking for Ourselves” available across most social media platforms. Her family are from The Commonwealth of Dominica, West Indies.
