Lucy is a passionate advocate for the Microsoft Business Applications partner ecosystem, helping them to land and grow revenue and drive business value through solutions and services.
She is the founder and CEO of Oaka Studio, a Partner Advisory organisation that specialises in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. A former Microsoft employee with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, she is also an international speaker and podcast host.
Lucy is passionate about empowering women in tech through inspiring diversity and inclusion, and social impact, topics which she has spoken at various events such as Microsoft Inspire, Microsoft Ignite, Microsoft Business Applications Summit, and Dynamics 365 Saturdays.
As the host of The Tech Role Revolution podcast alongside Janet Robb, she interviews Microsoft employees, partners, customers and experts on topics related to the ever-evolving roles in the technology industry specifically within the Business Applications and digital transformation space.
Lucy is based in the Cotswolds, UK and loves to travel to sunny climes or in her campervan to festivals (especially with her nearly 2 year old son Ralphy) and learn new things.
