Eva Mariana, A.K.A. Mar, is a bicultural and bilingual* menstrual health expert and advocate. She is the Founder and CEO of Havva FEM™, an educational project that helps women connect with their feminine energy and discover the power of their menstrual cycle through courses, 1-1 counseling, and experiential events.
Mar is passionate about women's well-being, human rights, freedom, and spirituality.
As a Certified menstrual educator, counselor, and Natural Family Planning (NFP)/ Fertility Awareness (FAM) Instructor, she helps women take charge of their bodies free from fear and stress and guides them toward health and personal growth in the most compassionate and empathic way.
Her journey began with personal struggles, enduring severe dysmenorrhea (period pain) for almost a decade without proper medical support. Seeking relief, she embarked on a quest for self-discovery and healing, ultimately finding solace in Fertility Awareness. This transformative experience inspired her to share her knowledge and support others, leading her to become certified.
Her mission is to empower women with knowledge and cyclical wisdom, enabling them to make informed decisions about their reproductive health and enhance their quality of life.
Proudly Mexican yet a global citizen, Mar has lived in diverse places such as Mexico City, Chicago, Tampere (Finland), and currently calls Miami home.
