After a fifteen year career in the insurance market Louise coaches women in the Financial sector at all levels to reach their full potential and "LEAD AS YOU ARE".
She is a specialist in Change management and is a certified Coach and member of the international Coaching federation.
She is an expert in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is currently completing a qualification in EDI at Cambridge University's Judge Business School.
Louise's speaking is engaging and interactive and her recent speech at the Women's Insurance summit was described by the press as the highlight of the day
