Marketer and Non Executive Director rethinking community engagement and growth strategies

Breana Bunce is the Growth Marketing Lead at Fusion Labs.

She ensures that new ventures are able to achieve scale by connecting data, insights and experiences in a way that accelerates customer acquisitions, boosts their lifetime value and reduces churn.

Breana has over 14 years experience in marketing, working across the built environment, FMCG, government and education.

She believes sustainable scale comes from leveraging evidence-based approaches, rather than chasing down the latest tech trends.

Her experience spans from start-up to ASX100. She’s started numerous ventures, her latest has been in the built environment, achieving 2x growth during an industry downturn. She’s driven demonstrable results for top tier brands, on budgets ranging from $80m to $800. Her projects and teams have created many award winning campaigns, including a Cannes Lion (Cyber).

Breana sits on the management committee of DDDSydney, an NFP dedicated to increasing diversity in digital, and the Perisher Cup, Australia’s longest running snowsports race.

She’s currently completing a Masters of Marketing, teaching her toddler the joys of Cumbia and learning how to achieve a state of zen around orthographic errors on the internet.
