Laura is an expert in running businesses for profit, in the technology, retail, brands and logistics sectors, leading programmes creating change and efficiency in organisations, through people, systems, and process. With over 26 years' experience in Strategy, Change Management, and Commercial Management and has worked with Global Multinational / FTSE 100 companies at Board Level in a number of sectors, on 4 continents, over 30 countries, and with over 50 nationalities.

Laura has been a longtime supporter of professional women in STEM, and previously held the Chair of the BT Women's Network. Laura has managed contract portfolios with a total value in excess of £100M and notable successes include cost and risk avoidance of over £10M, programmes to reduce costs by £5M per annum, all achieved in heavily male-dominated environments. Laura has also coached senior executives, some of whom are managing in excess of $1 Trillion of assets in Leadership and Strategy.

Other career highlights include various NED roles in education and 3rd Sector, designing Corporate Social Responsibility Programmes, and advisory work on Consultative Selling, Strategy and Planning, Product Management, Business Improvement, Advanced Negotiation and Dispute Resolution and Training and Development, including Legal and Regulatory Compliance.

Laura also delivered a TEDx on Leadership in 2019. Laura is the founder of The GameChanger Consultancy, a boutique consultancy working with international leaders, providing training, coaching and consulting, and authored GameChanger For Women : Vol 1 in 2023. Laura has been widely featured in the press, and contributed to BUPA’s first Global Wellness Report.
