A former Financial Times executive, Diana is Top 50 global work futurist, expert on effective leadership and boards and best-selling author of the Inc. magazine Top 10 Innovation book, Future Proof: Reinventing Work in the Age of Acceleration.

She helps people and organizations understand the future to find their place in it with a focus on preparing the highest echelons of the organization to meet accelerating change and drive breakthrough results.

Her company, Future Proof Lab, works with boards, CEOs and senior leaders to navigate complex challenges, drive innovation and achieve bold vision for the future and breakthrough results.

Recent clients have included Google, ServiceNow, Oracle, JP Morgan, AIA, London Stock Exchange, Mandarin Oriental Hotels, National Basketball Association, the World Bank and KPMG.  

She began her career and leadership education as an assistant to Dr. Henry Kissinger and has been a corporate innovator, entrepreneur and strategist for 30 years across continents, MNCs, startups and the multiverse.

She lectures at Hong Kong University and Columbia Business Schools, is a FORWARD Fellow at RMIT University, head of faculty for the Financial Times Board Director Programmes and graduate of the Institute for the Future programme in Silicon Valley, CA.
