Working to empower women to financial independence, strategically guiding a grassroots charity, at the intersection of a multitude of social & economic factors disproportionately impacting women
Nat has spent the past 25 years working across government, private and the for-purpose sector driving change at a systems and individual level for people in Western Australia experiencing injustice, discrimination or hardship.
In the early part of her career working in the justice system, she strove for social justice reinvestment to support people leaving prison to rebuild their lives.
From there, she spent six years working in community housing, supporting people on low incomes to have quality homes and challenging the narrative around homelessness and social housing.
Now as the CEO of Dress for Success WA, Nat is working to empower women to financial independence, strategically guiding a grassroots charity, at the intersection of a multitude of social and economic factors disproportionately impacting women, to give women the confidence and capacity to thrive in work and life.
