With 15+ years of experience in Big4 Consulting, Technology, and Fintech, Shreya has excelled in strategic communication roles, specialising in crafting employer brand voice, organisational culture, and vision.

At Ciena, Shreya leads the Internal Communications charter for Ciena’s International business, overseeing internal initiatives for EMEA, APAC, Japan and India offices.

As a trusted partner to the C-suite, she plays a key role in facilitating continuous and effective dialogue between leadership and employees through various collaboration tools.

In 2022, she was recognized by Meta with the APAC Innovation Award for excellence in Workplace Customer Success.

She is a strong DEI advocate has successfully established and led worldwide Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, including formulating policies and frameworks for global implementation.

Shreya is particularly passionate about advocating for women in the workplace and an ally for the LGBTQ++ community. She is UGC-NET qualified and eligible to teach across colleges and universities in India.

She is a host, moderator and speaker and has held centrestage in various internal global events as well is in external forums on behalf of her organization.
