Ivana I. Osagie is a recognized authority on ESG, governance, and female leadership.

She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PWR Advisory, an Africa-focused ESG/sustainability, inclusion, and governance consulting firm.

She is the co-founder of Rising Tide Africa – a private members’ club for female investors deploying capital with a gender lens into early-stage businesses in Africa.

For the last 5 years, Ivana has authored an annual board gender diversity scorecard evaluating female board representation at Nigeria’s largest listed companies.

This groundbreaking body of work has galvanised huge momentum in enhancing gender diversity on corporate boards and below, across different sectors of the economy.

She also spearheads a flagship Women in Leadership program empowering blue-chip organisations to cultivate pipelines of female leadership talent prepared for senior roles.

A regular columnist and keynote speaker, she has shared her insights at various local and international events and her thought leadership has been featured in media outlets such as Bloomberg, the FT, BusinessDay, ThisDay, Arise News, and CNBC.

Ivana is a member of the Institute of Directors (Nigeria and UK), chairs the board of Amayi Foods Ltd, and serves as a non-executive director/Chair of the Governance and Nominations Committee on the board of The Infrastructure Bank PLC. She is a member of the advisory boards of Aruwa Capital Management, and Etin Power respectively.

She has over three decades of multi-functional and multi-cultural professional experience and has previously held executive roles at PA Consulting, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and HSBC - all in the UK.

She was the Director for Corporate Development and Strategy at Notore Chemical Industries in Nigeria.

In her leisure time, she is a keen landscape photographer and her pictures have sold locally and internationally.
