Sue speaks passionately and inspires others to believe and hope in possibilities, encouraging people to think differently about any challenge they may face.

Sue shares from her and her family’s experience the importance of one step at a time; the power of listening and the foundations of equity and opportunity.

Sue inspires hope through creative solutions to enable every person to be treated as a human being and having the right support and opportunities to pursue their dreams and follow their passions.

Sue is mum of Jen who has Down’s syndrome. Together they co-founded the internationally recognized multi-award-winning charity DanceSyndrome.

Jen is a multi-award winner, including an Honorary Degree and a British Empire Medal and is an inspirational speaker in her own right.

Sue and Jen often share the stage creating impact of what's possible when people with a learning disability are offered the right support and opportunities.
