With over 30 years of experience navigating the business, finance and technology industries, Raj has collaborated with leading international brands including PUMA, Dassault Systèmes, Google Cloud, and Siemens.
A highly sought-after TEDx speaker, Raj delivers passionate talks on diversity and inclusion, women in leadership, business and mindset and cognitive diversity for inclusive innovation, presenting at global events for industry leaders including Dassault Systèmes, Google Cloud and Siemens AG.
One of her most requested and successful talks is ‘The Power of Freedom of Choice: Lowering Barriers for Women to Create Wealth’ where Raj delves into the cohesion needed between financial education, community, and financial services to empower women to break through both personal and professional barriers so that they can build wealth and reach their financial goals.
She also reflects on starting her career journey at McDonalds to today, where as CEO of a global company, she regularly faces the recurring situation of being the only woman in the room, campaigning for a fair and equal approach to compensation and investment in, and for women.
Most recently, Raj has presented at EU Business School, Munich’s Rotary Club and Mobilexpense’s first financial summit, as well as moderating 3DEXCITE panels and regularly contributes to Authority Magazine and other online publications.
Raj will host her annual global event The Wayfinders Summit in June which supports women from around the world to redefine their financial landscape and work towards achieving financial freedom.
