She's woven her success through various roles in Fortune 500 companies like IBM, Lenovo and Amazon. At her core, she's a storyteller and dedicated mentor. A graduate of Saint Augustine’s University (an HBCU), who's been recognized as a distinguished ‘45 Under 45’ alumni. Through her platform, she inspires others on their unique journeys including through a recently published book with her girlfriends, entitled “40 Day Reset: Reflections from Girlfriends Overcoming Change & Challenge."
She's graced stages at major conferences, including iBTechCon2019, BITCON, and the City of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Her speaking engagements focus on diversity, culture, career development, and inclusion. By day, she channels her expertise into using ‘Tech for Good’ as the Managing Founder of Inside Out Strategies {iOS} and by night, like many devoted mothers, she navigates the question of ‘What’s for dinner?’
