Book IWD Speaker: Grace Beverley

Founder of TALA, Shreddy & The Productivity Method

Grace Beverley is one of the UK’s most influential young entrepreneurs, known for building high-growth businesses alongside a highly engaged digital audience. She began creating content while studying music at St Peter’s College, Oxford, growing her YouTube and Instagram platforms under the name GraceFitUK. What started as fitness content evolved into wider conversations about ambition, work and purpose, attracting an audience of over one million.

While still at university, Grace founded TALA, an ethically made sportswear and fashion brand focused on quality, transparency and responsible production. TALA turned over £6.2 million in its first year, a standout achievement that positioned the brand as a serious player in the activewear market. It also established Grace as a credible founder, not just an influencer-led business owner.

She followed this with Shreddy, a fitness product and technology brand built around a subscription model. Members pay a monthly fee to access structured workout programmes and meal plans, blending content, community and consistency in a way that reflects how people now engage with fitness.

Grace later launched The Productivity Method, a range of planners and diaries based on her own productivity framework. The system is outlined in her bestselling book, Working Hard, Hardly Working, which challenged traditional ideas of hustle culture and struck a chord with professionals navigating burnout and balance.

She also hosts the podcast Working Hard with Grace Beverley, where she speaks candidly with founders, creatives and leaders about careers, money, failure and fulfilment. The podcast has become a trusted space for practical insight and honest conversation, extending her influence well beyond social media.

Her work has earned significant recognition, including being named to the 2020 Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe Retail and Ecommerce list and receiving the James Joyce Award from University College Dublin.

Today, Grace is highly sought after as a keynote speaker, particularly for International Women’s Day events. Organisations value her commercial credibility, clarity and relatability. She regularly speaks on entrepreneurship, confidence and redefining success, bringing lived experience and sharp insight to global audiences.
