Debbie Wosskow OBE is a founder, investor and business leader whose career sits at the centre of modern entrepreneurship, innovation and women’s economic power. She first made her mark as co-founder of Mantra PR, building one of the UK’s most respected consumer agencies before successfully exiting the business. That early success set the tone for a career defined by growth, governance and influence.

She went on to become CEO of Love Home Swap, helping scale the platform into a global brand and cementing her reputation as a leader in the sharing economy. Alongside this, Debbie served as Chair of Sharing Economy UK and led the independent government review Unlocking the Sharing Economy, shaping national policy at a pivotal moment for the sector. Her expertise has since seen her appointed to the Mayor of London’s Business Advisory Board and as a Non-Executive Director at Channel 4.

Debbie is also co-founder of AllBright, the leading network for women in business, which now supports thousands of members through community, education and investment. She co-chairs the Invest in Women Taskforce and is an active angel investor, backing female-founded companies through Maidthorn Partners. Her board roles include the Women’s Fiction Prize, reflecting her commitment to culture as well as commerce. In recognition of her impact, she was appointed OBE for Services to Business and was previously named one of Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35.

More recently, Debbie co-founded The Better Menopause with Anna Jones, launching Better Gut and Better Night supplements to support women through perimenopause and menopause. She also hosts the Grit & Grace with Debbie Wosskow podcast, where she shares honest conversations about leadership, resilience and ambition.

Debbie is a popular speaker for International Women’s Day events because she combines lived entrepreneurial experience with policy insight and warmth.
