Dilesha Stelmach is a group benefits underwriter/benefits analyst with a passion for analytics and social advocacy.
She is a woman in Math and uses it daily in her career in finance, analytics and predictive mathematics.
This includes, but is not limited to, Excel macro, Excel Spreadsheet analytics, price setting, claims experience analytics, finance and reconciliation, to name a few. Dilesha serves as the Founder/CEO of Oui STEM Academy, a Toronto-based not-for-profit that encourages marginalized youth to pursue STEM based careers and promotes stakeholders' involvement in the support of STEM education in Canada.
Above that Dilesha is guest lecturer, who's intersectional and interdisciplinary approach to Blockchain technology has garnered her plenty of awards and attention.
