Sarah Anna Psalti Helbig

Music & Visual Artist, Mental Health Advocate

Sarah Anna Psalti-Helbig (Sarah P.) is an Athenian conceptual artist & mental health advocate who is challenging pop music as we know it. She studied Professional Stage and Screen Acting but her heart was stolen by the music world.

In 2010, she joined the dream pop duo Keep Shelly in Athens with which she toured extensively in the USA and Europe.

In 2014, she decided to part ways with the band and focus on her solo career.

Since then, she has released three critically acclaimed albums and an anthology including poems and lyrics.

Through music, visuals and write-ups, Sarah P. creates an all-inclusive world of equality, education and awareness.

Her intimate way of creating and sharing art sends the message of togetherness and promotes mental health.

Through her platform “EraseRestart”, Sarah P. aims to erase the social stigma that surrounds mental health and restart with a newfound understanding and respect for those affected by mental illness.
