Anne has worked for the Minnesota Vikings since 2006, where she was the Director of Football Administration from 2016-2019 and was responsible for matters of player contract negotiations and salary cap compliance.
Anne was one of only two women in the NFL negotiating player contracts as of September, 2019 when she transitioned into a first-of-its-kind role at an NFL Club, handling Diversity & Inclusion efforts for the team.
In her newly created position of Director of Inclusion & Employee Investment, Anne is leaning on her experience as a woman working in the heavily male-dominated field of NFL contracts to bring insight and advancement to the NFL world as a whole.
Her message of living authentically in a world not built for you in order to achieve progress will inspire and motivate audiences to do the same.
