Sally Lamie is an inspiring leader and influencer, she has a passion for mentoring women to reach their full potential.
Sally Lamie is a senior manager at a German Defence company, and a global pioneer for defence and security electronics. She leads the international marketing team responsible for the export markets worldwide including Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Europe, Latin America, and North America.
Prior to joining the defence industry, she has worked in consultancy, engineering, and martech industries, her outstanding performance has led to a lot of recognition inside and outside of the organizations that she has worked for.
Sally holds an MBA in management from University of Atlanta, and a certificate in leadership from Harvard Business School, she also has a medical background with a BS in Physiotherapy.
In 2021, Sally has published her first book as a co-author, “She Dares” a collaborative book of powerful stories from 36 inspiring women from 9 countries around the globe.
"Most of my career I've been working in male-dominated industries, and it's challenging, however, that was a motive for me to create an impact, beat the odds and break the stereotype against women, and prove that women can be great leaders!" says Sally.
