Hollie’s key is to EDUCATE, ENTERTAIN and ENGAGE.

Helping hundreds of business owners to grow their businesses Hollie is in constant demand. Her charismatic and knowledgeable approach empowers the audience to get the results they want through strategic planning and marketing.

Hollie understands the link between passion and business and how they combine so strongly in many new businesses. This was highlighted in her TEDx talk from this year.

In this fun and enlightening talk, Hollie demonstrated how she blends her musical background with her business world and when she’s not on the speaking stage she’s on the performing stage!

You can find her playing with the Birmingham Philharmonic Orchestra and in many pit bands for musicals around the Midlands.

Recognition for her impact in Tech:

In 2018, Hollie was awarded a certificate of recognition from the British Computer Society for her work in the UK digital industry and was a Woman’s Who award winner.

Hollie has previously been voted one of the Top 50 Women in Tech by PCR Online and was Woman of the Year finalist.

Supporting our future:

Hollie regularly speaks at local schools and colleges. As the Enterprise Advisor for Haberdashers’ Adams School in Newport, Hollie works closely with Telford and Wrekin Council’s Enterprise Coordinator to support the school and draws on her own personal network and business connections to introduce local companies establishing positive working relationships and attending events organised to provide opportunities for the students linking education to their future careers.

In her role as a Business Mentor for Shropshire Youth Support Trust, a charity providing enterprise centres for disadvantaged young people in Shropshire, she works with students no longer in the education system and taking their first steps into careers by running digital marketing workshops.

Hollie has recently joined the Institute of Coding Industry Advisory Panel at the University Centre in Shrewsbury to help them create a new degree to be introduced into the curriculum from 2020, creating the framework for the degree and working with businesses to offer career specific work placements.

I worked with Hollie recently as I am lead organiser and licensee for TEDxTelford. Our review panel had chosen 13 speakers and we were desperate for an accomplished performer to add audio colour to our event. Fortunately when I approached Hollie she offered to blend her years of business experience and training know-how with her musical talents to create a unique and memorable speech that solved our problem instantly. Hollie is a joy to work with, professional and likeable, she was very engaged and involved in our rehearsals and on the day knocked it out of the park! Very well received at the event and with such an original talk, I suspect she will be getting a lot of the right kind of attention. I hope I get to work with Hollie again soon.
