Lisa Leonce (BSc, MSc, MBA) is an Executive, Career and Leadership Coach, Host, Speaker, Consultant and Trainer, for individuals and businesses worldwide.  An entrepreneur, who founded ‘efiL Limited’ which provides coaching, consultancy and training for individuals and businesses worldwide, and co-founder of ‘Sheerah Network’ which provides resources and services to support and empower inclusive leadership in all fields and organisations.  She is the author of “Successful Leadership: An A to Z Guide”.

For over 25 years Lisa continues to work with clients from all backgrounds, levels, and fields in private, public and charity sector organisations both online and in person.  Recent clients include; The British Army - Commanding Officers and Padres, Essex Police Force, NHS senior leadership teams, new business leaders, educational and financial establishments.  Lisa has direct experience leading, chairing, coaching and mentoring within; the technical, retail, transportation, education, media, the judiciary, Civil Service, HR, Project, Programme, Change, and Risk Management sectors.  As well as, having specialist qualifications and degrees to master level in these fields.  She is passionate about supporting and empowering those who are subjected to prejudicial treatment.

Lisa is an engaging speaker and trainer, as well as an inspirational host and panelist, providing tailored talks on; leadership, women in leadership, coaching, communication, diversity and inclusion, cultural differences, self-care, and self-awareness.  She is a former radio host and producer for a radio talk show that provided a space to inspire and encourage others to achieve their best in the roles they do - paid or unpaid, whilst having frank and honest conversations highlighting issues which affect our community including leadership barriers.
