Hanna Andersen is a leadership coach, diversity champion and the founder of AS WE ARE, a coaching & training practice dedicated to increasing diversity in leadership at organisations across the world.
During her career at a global bank, Hanna started to notice that diversity development programmes all seemed to focus on changing the individual, making them act more like the leaders we already have. She now works with ambitious individuals and forward-thinking organisations to discover authentic leadership styles. She also studies Sociology and Politics to take a research approach to real-life problems in the workplace.
This International Women's Day, Hanna will speak about what needs to happen if we really want environments where everyone can #ChooseToChallenge. From power dynamics to building confidence, we all have a part to play in exposing and ending gender inequalities.
