Neelam Nasir is Founder and Board of Director of Women Technology House, Islamabad. It is a Company with a vision to inspire women and girls of all ages to pursue dreams by introducing them to experiences and career opportunities in the field of Computing and technology as well as provide mentoring, training and education for tech – related careers.

She has been working to encourage girls to become an entrepreneur and to join STEM through motivational lectures. She has been developing a model to help women work from home and to help women rejoin profession after a break. This model is specifically made for Pakistan, keeping in mind the social and cultural aspects of Pakistan.  

She is a certified ITIL4 Foundation for IT Service management from AXELOS, UK. Neelam has previously worked as Assistant Manager ICT/KM at the Centre of Excellence for CPEC (CoE-CPEC), Ministry of Planning and Development Reforms, Islamabad. She has worked as Head of ICT at CoE CPEC for one year. She has also worked in Project Management Unit - CPEC, National Highway Authority, Islamabad. She was a chairperson of IEEE-Women in Engineering Student branch, FAST-NU, Islamabad while she was doing her Bachelors. She is a gold medalist in BS(EE) from FAST-NUCES, Islamabad.
