Detola is the founder of Super Working Mum, a global organisation that helps working mums, who are overwhelmed maximise their time so they can manifest their dreams.

She is a Productivity & Transformation Coach, International Speaker, Author, Wife and Mum of 4.  She is a certified Maxwell Coach, Trainer and Speaker.

An International public speaker and Amazon bestseller author, her consulting and coaching career over 12 years has consolidated her experience in writing, speaking, mentoring, coaching and facilitating workshops and retreats.

Detola has self-published 4 inspirational books for working mothers which were Amazon best sellers in their year of publishing. She has had the opportunity to speak to working women at in-person conferences in the UK, Canada, Switzerland and Nigeria. She has also been privileged to speak at online corporate organisations such as Kings' College NHS, EY, BT Group etc.

She is the originator and facilitator of a popular annual Super Working Mum Goal Setting weekend retreat which has been organised over the past 10 years with over 100 women in attendance across all retreats based in the UK.
