Adaku is a registered pharmacist and the founder of Ask Your Pharmacist with Adaku, A health promotion initiative. She advocates for better healthcare systems and empowers women to live their best life by practicing self-care and healthy living.
Her mission is to support women to break free from unhealthy lifestyles and social barriers that could stop them from reaching their potentials in life.
She has an illustrious career in Campaign /Advocacy and was appointed ONE Youth Ambassador for UK in 2019.
ONE is a global movement campaigning to end extreme poverty and preventable disease by 2030, so that everyone everywhere can lead a life of dignity and opportunity.
An official partner for the UN SDG Action Campaign, focusing on goal 3- (Ensure healthy lives and promote wellbeing for all at all ages), Adaku advocates for Women’s health, Universal Health Coverage and better healthcare systems, calling Governments to action towards health promotion.
She is also an honorary life member of the Women Economic Forum & UN Empower women champion, and advocates for gender equality, her article on harmful cultural practices affecting African women was shared on the UN Women –Empower women forum. She has been invited to speak at several local/international conferences, workshops and seminars.
Adaku is a self-care champion for the UK Self-Care forum, and organises campaigns and workshops for organisations and businesses, her workshops are centred on:

-Health promotion,
-Mindfulness & Emotional health
-Disease prevention,
-Good governance
