Hello, I am Vanessa Farino and I am the founder of Creative CEO. I am a Massachusetts resident, a public speaker, business coach, corporate professional, and an award-winning multi-passionate entrepreneur named by Boston Business Journal “40 under 40”, El Mundo Boston “30 under 30”.

I have been recently featured in the documentary called "Still Working 9 to 5" based on the movie "Working 9 to 5" which will be airing in late 2022. I started my first company at age 15 and have held a successful corporate career working directly with C-level executives in Boston at start-up tech companies for over a decade.

I have taken my corporate skills, passion for working with small businesses, and experience from previously founding four other successful small businesses to my newest endeavor called Creative CEO. Through this new business, I provide support, clarity, and strategic planning for women-owned small businesses through coaching. My superpower is helping people elevate their business and revenue strategies and making them really successful but on their own terms!
