Karen Liebenguth is an accredited mindfulness teacher, mindfulness supervisor, eco-therapist, certified life coach, coaching mentor and MBTI facilitator.
Karen offers tailored mindfulness and coaching programmes for a wide range of clients including business leaders and their teams. She set up Green Space Coaching and Mindfulness in 2008 to foster personal and professional development, self-leadership and mental resilience.
Karen is a member of the Association of Coaching, an accredited and associate Mindfulness Trainer with Breathworks. She follows the Good Practice Guidelines set out by the British Association for Mindfulness Based Approaches.
Karen has worked with clients such as Kew Gardens, The Royal Town Planning Institute, Adam & Eve Communications, Unison, Trades Union Congress (TUC), Ford, Collinson, Chobham Academy, K Benchmark and others.

Karen believes in the power and benefits that being in nature has for our wellbeing and mental health and likes to coach while walking in nature through one of London's beautiful parks or open spaces. Provided the venue is suitable she is always happy to take groups on a "talk & walk" session but unfortunately due to COVID this will not be possible this year.
