She is instrumental in bringing self awareness among women leaders by her interactions at individual and community levels.

She is instrumental in counselling many women work force to reach out to their desired goals.  Her contribution towards bringing self awareness among female staff in corporate world is commendable. She is a passionate speaker, a initiator , motivator and a role model for many women in India.

Her real time experiences and practical approach has helped her reach many women. Identification of potential and taking them to the next level , preparing for competitive world with positive mind-set , are few of her forte, which has given her courage to help more women in the world. Her research area is related to women empowerment, women upliftment, women leadership and overall growth of women in world.  

Her journey and exposure itself has made her strong enough to become a role model for many.
