Chelsea Rucker is a mother of two from Nashville, Tennessee. Since 2019, Rucker has journeyed from a homeless shelter and government assistance to launching a tech career and consistently earning over six figures annually - without a college degree.

A non-profit founder and recipient of the Nashville Business Journal's 2022 40 Under 40 award, Rucker is no stranger to bouncing back from even the most seemingly epic failures and uses her personal story to help inspire and cultivate mental resilience in women worldwide.
