Alex founded STEMAZING to ignite inspiration and amplify inclusion in STEM.
As a Chartered Engineer with more than 15 years’ experience in Industry she has experienced the benefits and barriers of inclusion first hand and is passionate about creating a more diverse and inclusive STEM workforce.
Particularly focussing on empowering women to be more confident visible role models to reach their potential and inspire others.
Alex regularly speaks at webinars, conferences and on podcasts about D&I. Last year she won the We Are The City Champion Award for her work in diversity and inclusion in STEM.
She is also a Visiting Professor with the Royal Academy of Engineering and a Trustee on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Engineering Society.
