Her teaching style focuses on gamification and perceptual learning. She has done her PGDBA from Jaipuria Institute of Management, India with Major specialization in Human Resources Management & Minors in Marketing Management. She has a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from University of Derby, UK and holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from American University in Switzerland.
