ZeeArts will host the 4th Edition of Art Connects Women, with 104 female artists from 104 countries through a plethora of artistic initiatives from 5th to 8th March 2020
The International Women's Day is celebrated on March 8 every year to acknowledge and honor the achievements of women all over the globe. In line with this initiative, Art Connects Women, the international exhibition, now, in its 4th iteration once again brings women artists from all over the world to laud the creativity, strength and passion with which they express themselves through artworks. The Exhibition will kick off on 5th March 2020, at One&Only Royal Mirage, Dubai until 8th March.
This year, in the lead up to International Women's Day 2020, ZeeArts, the global art organization based in Dubai, UAE and organizer of “Art Connects Women- International Exhibition” has launched a campaign (100 days- 100 individual) posting individuals coming from all walks of life, demonstrating the “Each for Equal" theme, with the aim of spreading awareness and providing an impetus to the importance of building and nurturing an inclusive society that overrides differences of gender, race, class, generations and geography.
The artists will be invited to galvanize a body of work (painting, sculpture, installation or assemblage) under the banner (#EachForEqual) and to exhibit it in a city that transforms dreams into reality, and which is fast-becoming a global art epicenter. The event will provide a platform for women artists to reflect, connect, collaborate, and network, coming together to strategically tackle some of the greatest challenges faced by today’s female entrepreneurs.
Alongside the artwork displayed in the main exhibition, the 4-day event in March 2020, will also present a number of related events, including the unveiling of a book (Women Artist Around the World) and a Conference bringing Women Leaders in the creative industry to express themselves on the same theme, decreed by the International Women’s Day Campaign.
ZeeArts is emerging from a community which is becoming a leading art organization.
