In celebration and contribution to International Women’s Day 2025, we will be running a specialised Self-Defence training event for women and girls aged 13+.

This year the event is run and organised by Lillian Auma, the first woman black belt in the UK for FEKM Krav Maga.

These training events will be FREE as our focus is to empower women, both physically and psychologically, in a single 2 hour training session, with skills that will serve them for a lifetime.  

Learn simple, fast, effective defences and counters to the most common threats faced by women daily.

•  Free, 2-hour, no obligation course with qualified, experienced, instructors – both men and women.
