At WSP, we remain committed to making our workforce equitable in every way, so colleagues can reach their full potential regardless of background.
As a global business of more than 66,000 passionate professionals, we are proud to be an active supporter of International Women’s Day. But our commitment to #EmbraceEquity goes well beyond the day itself.
Through our Inclusion & Diversity Strategy, and the actions we take every day, we are ensuring that WSP is as diverse as the communities we serve, and that everyone feels like they belong and has the support they need to thrive.
From leadership 360s, Inclusion & Diversity training programmes for all colleagues and enhanced parental policies – including a new parental leave returners programme open to all expectant parents and improved maternity and parental leave – we are striving to help drive success for all.
And by adopting an active listening strategy – where we encourage everyone to talk freely and openly about the issues and topics on their minds – we are creating a platform for action and a space where our colleagues’ voices are heard throughout the organisation.
On International Women’s Day, and every other day, WSP chooses to #EmbraceEquity.
