WorldDenver is proud to host the largest IWD celebration in Colorado at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts in the Seawell Ballroom.

With 700 community and business leaders, elected officials, students & supporters, we will highlight the global accomplishments and power of women and girls in Denver and around the world.

This year, we will highlight the global power and leadership of women through an Expert Community Panel of CEOs Shaping A Global Future, a Student Lounge, and a Keynote & Awards Luncheon Celebration at the Denver Center for Performing Arts.

Our Keynote speaker is President Laura Chinchilla, the first woman President of Costa Rica from 2010-2014, champion of security, justice, and women's rights.

At our celebratory IWD Luncheon, we’ll honor Water For People, a Denver-based global nonprofit working to ensure every person has lasting access to safe water and sanitation and Eliza Woloson, co-founder of the global human-rights prize Women Have Wings.
