Greetings, I’m Smitha Soni — Super Speaker, psychologist, and one half of The Power Duo behind teamNgage.

Over the last 12+ years, I’ve worked closely with organizations, leaders, and teams to build cultures where people don’t just belong — they thrive. A powerful exploration of Blindspots, Culture, and Direction using masks and engaging props. Participants don’t just understand the framework — they feel it.

Chapter 3: Fun & Immersive Outcome-Based Activities

Guided activities that surface unconscious patterns, cultural gaps, and directional misalignment — transforming insights into shared understanding.

Chapter 4: The Commitment Moment

A reflective pause where participants move from awareness to ownership — committing to one action that creates change beyond the room.

Chapter 5: Graduation Ceremony
