Capturing the diversity and authenticity of women through photography
Diverse imagery of women helps to challenge perceptions and to fight stereotypes and bias. Authentic imagery of women also helps to reflect the vibrant and varied communities in which women live, work and thrive worldwide. Photographers and industry call all play an important role in helping forge a more gender equal world - and being #EachforEqual.
EyeEm is the official International Women's Day #EachforEqual campaign theme Image Partner. The relationship sees a series of exciting photography-related initiatives to help break stereotypes and broaden perception, while celebrating the authenticity, strength and diversity of women worldwide. The relationship builds on last year's inaugural IWD Photography Competition that saw over 51,200 entries received worldwide.
